Q: I want to buy 3 bhk flat in Amarpali Platinum ,Size is 1495 sq.ft( ready to move in ) kindly contact if someone interested.

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, I am a first time investor. I am very much concern about pricing of this locality. May i know price trend of this locality ? I came to know that there is no proper improvement in this price trend !!!!! Kindly provide me some info.

Demand Letters
Q: Hi,

I have been trying to get Amrapali people to raise demand letters due after the laying of the floor of the 5th floor of Tower C, but to no avail. Now, I'm told that the Tower C core structure is almost ready. But no intimation or money requests from Amrapali.

Should I be concerned? I know as the people taking the money, Amrapali should be more concerned about it. but they are not. Which is surprising.


Latest Answer: Hi Himanshu I did get the demand letter, soon after I posted this query. Have paid the 2.5% service tax. Was unaware that the case is still pending.
