Q:Whats the current psf price for serenity? Is it a good investment to go with Mantri serenity? What's the appreciation on the cards in span of 2 years or in longer run?
Latest Answer: This is a project with NO DEADLINE, it has been delayed beyond thought. I doubt it will ever be completed at all.
I have booked an apartment in Phase 2, in 2013 it has been 5 years and no possession till date and now the new possession date is another 1 year from now.
It is not a trustworthy project, I recommend people not to buy apartments in this project, please do not suffer like the rest of us.

Q:Not sure whether anyone has same feeling as I have different experience with Mantri serenity team Kanakapura road apartments. serenity team is very arrogant and a touch of Rudeness in their discussions, as though they are doing a favor in giving details. their attitude is take it if you want, this is want we can give as brand weight can sell all the apartments. every 5 mins once they say if you are not interested ....

I am also interested in Serenity. If you don't mind, can you please share the final price on which you were able to close the deal. Also, please share the Srinath's number as I had same experience as Mr. Rama had. I haven't received any response from them for my follow-ups regarding the flats.
