Latest Answer: Now after visiting i am bit confused to invest in flat or plot. 1. Do you expect flat worth 30-35 lakhs to increase in 2-3 years from investment point of view? 2. Plots again are very much overrated 125sq Yard Plot :30 lakh Please suggest and guide wheather to buy flat worth 30 lakh or 125 sqyard land in vishranti :30 lakh I will be investing as end user. PLOT OR FLAT .I already have dealers contact so please do not give your contact , I am just seeking your guidance. REGARDS
