Latest Answer: I had a very bad experience as well. Even with delay from their end to generate the right booking payment receipt, they cancelled my booking and I have been running after them for refund for the last 2.5 years! Initially, after dillydallying, they agreed for refund and took the account number, etc but there has been no response for the last many months despite repeated reminders! It feels like as if this (cheating) has become their side business!
