Q:Today, dated 8 july 2016, i have enquired on possession for sapphire, site personnel informed me that, soft possession will be alloted by end of aug 2016. Anybody has the same updates?

I am planning to buy 2 BHK is Saphhire-Cosmos Jewels. I had visited this place recently and observed that one of the phase of this building has been constructed till 4th floor and rest has been kept on hold and some of the amenities work is still not completed.Before buying i just wanted to know feedback and review from the residents.

Latest Answer: @Soumya Shankar: As per sales team they have received NOC from Fire department and OC Inspection has been done they are expecting OC by this month end , let's wait and see . If anyone have opted for Soft possession are they charging Maintenance for Month of Feb and March'16?
