few day back I had contact with concerned person of builder and he said the price for these project are around 45 lac for 2bhk unit inclusive of all cost and project are already in ready to move position. for availability you can directly contact with the builder who will give clear cut idea from my point of view. do not go with the broker he will misguide you.
