Q:Please let me know whether the builder of this project is Bhanu Constructions, whose head office is at Kalyan Nagar. I have a plan to buy one of the apartment in Bhanu Symphony. I want to know if this project was also done by the same builder as I don't have any other source to know about this builder and their previous projects. Please help.

Dont ever buy a flat from bhanu constructions. Horrible customer service and very bad construction. Venkateshwara Roa's partner in bhanu symphony, whose name is Venkat Prasad is a useless person. He does not help any customer.He will never pick the phone. And if he does he will say he is admitted in Hospital. Nothing over there is done in a systematic manner. I hear they have a new project in HSR Layout, people if you are reading this please don't buy a flat from these guys, very cheap construction material. I got cheated by them. They will force you to register but after that they will stop the work at the site. There is also one person called "Bhrama" who is the right hand of Venkateswara Rao, this man just wants to make money. He will ask money right on your face and if you don't give it to him, he will alter somethings in your flat. Venkateshwara Roa is another big fraud, he thinks the world runs in his hands. Has no respect to customer's. Keeps threatening his customer's.
