Possession of Tower E (Samrat V type flats) ?
Q: Hi, does anyone know when is the exact time for possession of the Tower E in phase 2. It is supposed to be very soon but I don't know when. Also, kindly tell me how to go about the possession formalities if I am not in the country for 5-6 months. Flat is in my name.

Resale flat in Gaur Grandeur
Q: I am planning to purchase a flat in Gaur Grandeur Sec-119 Noida. What would you suggest in terms of Quality of construction, timeliy delivery and overall experience with builder. I have lately heard that that Noida authority has planned a Graveyard just behind Sec-119 in Noida. How far is that from Gaur Grandeur.
