Q:I am planning to take a house loan but the builder said that this project is approved by LIC and HDFC u have to take loan from there....But my preference is SBI.Can't i apply my house loan from SBI.If yes then How?Also any feedback for laxmi shubham arcade ,chandanager would be great.
Latest Answer: Sri Lakshmi Shubham Arcade Spoorthy has got approval from GHMC. The project is offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments with price ranging from Rs 39 lakhs to rs 45 lakhs approximately. The project will have 10 blocks with 6 floors on each blocks. This is their first project so really cannot comment on the construction quality, builder reputation etc
