Builder has already taken mortgage
Q: I have purchased an under construction flat by Ajmera developers in Bangalore (Ajmera Stone Park).

When I applied for a loan at ICICI, I came to realize that the land is already mortgaged to Tata Capital. ICICI is asking for NOC from Tata Capital. Is it a normal process? What are the risks for me
