DELAYING REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT
Q: They are delaying to give back the booking amount. No response to the phone calls.
In weekends if you go directly to the site, only sales person will be there, They are ready to accept the booking amount, But when you are asking about Refund they are giving answers like Builder is out of town, Not responding phone calls.

Latest Answer: Hey!!! If this is the case then I would advice you to take suggest from legal expert, as they can tell you what all steps you can take to get back your amount.
