Any disturbance from the serviced apartment ?
Q: I visited a house that is available for sale and liked the place...but what I was not sure is this complex houses a serviced apartment sherwood suites...does anyone know
how many houses do they occupy?
Is there any disturbance from any of these houses...in terms of noise or other nuisances from their guests? or even from their staff?

any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

Latest Answer: Hi, Sherwood occupies about 25 flats out of 101 flats. There are no disturbances reported often on ongoing basis.This is rented out to Sherwood by the residents and the flats owned by the builder.
