As per my knowledge, this is a fully authorized plot project. This project is located in one of the developing & fast growing areas of Ghaziabad. Pilkhuwa is a prime residential location with decent environment. According to me banks don't provide loan for Plot project. But builder is having very simple customer friendly payment plan.
