Q:I have purchased the shop in Splendid Times Square in 2017 from Marketing company GIM but facing lot of issues on completion of shops as builder is not doing it what I expected during agreement. Infarct he has not yet completed single floor from last 2-3 years.So I would like to know who & all are same situation can take a legal action if required
