Q:I have heard of many complaints and bad word about nirmal chhaya, pearl. No registry and excess maintenance charges with no services at all? is this true? I was thinking on investment in nirmal chhaya, please suggest.
Latest Answer: Hi Raj...these rumours may or may not be true. You better deal with the builder and other owners. I don't think this problem is covered by any paper also. I am sure you will find out a way.
