Q: Hi Everyone! I have been looking at properties in the Parsik Nagar locality and come across Amrut Angan phase II. Been hearing that there are issues with the society - not sure if this is in Phase I or II. Could someone help me with this. Also any other issues please let me know. Additionally what is the going current psf rate??
