Here you will get resale flats, area ranging from 1850 sq-ft to 2350 sq-ft.. Price will be around 7100/sq-ft to 7200/sq-ft. This is a free hold property. Huda metro station is close to this project.

When is the possession expected to start in Palm Groves?
Q: What are prevailing rates to exit? Wig brother have extended the date to July 2012

Latest Answer: Hi, Builders office contacted us to inform the first two towers possession will commence from Nov. All the best. Apparently the rest of the flats will be handed over soon afterwards (1 Year ??)
