I am finalizing on booking a flat in Plama heights on the below rate.
Q: please advice me if this is over priced or worth It.basic price 1092 sft @ 4400 per sft 48,04,800car park 3,00,000floor rise for 13th floor @25 per floor i.e. 250 * 1092 sft 2,73,000Vat & service Tax 3,81,286BESCOM & water 2,18,400Piped gas,Legal,generator, 1 yr maintanance 4,08,000Total 61,67,086 Plus registration.Is this over price please advice, if somebody has taken on lower rates..

Latest Answer: Is this the price break up for 2 BHK apartments in Plama Heights, if yes then I feel it is worth buy an apartment in this price in compare to the locality and quality or construction.
