Q:I am owner of one of the BPTP villas, I have received Possession letter with full and final payment....which is very high. I am having many other queries….. can anyone help me in the same?
Showing extra Build up area, wants registration payment right now with 90 days posession time, no possession date commitment, wants us to sign Indemnity – Cum – Undertaking document without any formal physical survey of the site. etc. etc. and are not ready to extend the payment date..
