Anyone is interested or invested in this project?

Latest Answer: SGIL Gardenia is a Fraud Company. They started this project in 2012 with proposed delivery on 2014. Then they shifted the proposed delivery on 2015 and now they have again shifted it to 2016. The work is stopped for about 2 yrs. No progress since 2014. They have taken 80% payment from the customers and now not delivering the project. Many has lodged a case in consumer court (including me). Swarup Dutta, Sanjay Singh of SGIL and Joy Dutta of Pioneer are misleading us from last 2 years. PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP OF SGIL PROPERTIES AND PIONEERS MARKETTERS. Keep distance from them.
