Q: I am owner of A-052, A-Block, Ansal Town Agra. I have not taken possession yet. Kindly adivise status of infrastructure development and whether any appreciation in prices.

Latest Answer: Hello Friends, I had purchased a row house in Ansal town Indore, its been 5 years after possession , my house quality is very bad, attached is my house photos, they have not used the cement in roof and walls. Also, their maintenance people had steal all washrooms fittings of my house, I had to get it done and repaired the entire house again by own expense. My friends, I would suggest do not buy any property in Ansal Projects, their construction quality is very poor.

Q: IWOULD LIKE TO REMIND ALL OWNERS OF PROPERTY IN ANSAL TOWN TO BE CAREFUL . WHEN ALL FACILITIES LIKE 100 MTR ROAD , SWIMING POOL , SCHOOLS SHOPPING CENTRE , COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT AS PROMISED INIALLY SHOULD BE THERE. OTHERWISE PL DO NOT TAKE POSSESSION.
