Latest Answer: i made some investment in gaur atulyam project last year, the progress is slow but still sufficient to be happy with the project. i am expecting some price hike in coming months as project is moving towards completion and possession to start. but still i feel the progress in this project is not up to the expectations but as all other builders are also struggling at this time so its not so disappointing.

Latest Answer: Dont buy, We people are facing a lot of problem as were cheated,Highly dense society in Greater noida,An example of corruption among Builder , current politicians in rule(of BJP),GNIDA for approving such Highest FAR society in Greater Noida. 1500 flats in small carpet of 8.1 acre of 7000 population,No green area ,No children play area only symbolic green field and 10X20 ft children play area with three small swing suitable for only three children.
