Place 1/2 cup of water into the top of your double broiler. Fill the bottom pan of the double broiler with water. Place on the stove top and turn the heat to medium. Add 2 1/2 cups of vegetable paraffin wax to the double broiler. Allow the wax to melt, stirring occasionally with the wooden spoon.

Oil the sides and bottom of the non-stick bread pan with vegetable oil. Pour the melted wax into the pan. Immediately stir in 1 1/2 cups of saw

Plastic carry bags should be banned and rules should be amended to avoid polythene bags along with the food that's parceled from Canteens and mess. Availability of bottled and Canned soft drinks should be minimized.
