• Few years ago, the locality was not at all developed but now as the name suggest New Thippasandra, it all new and well developed locality with concreted main road and tarred arterial roads. The locality is also close to many IT Parks as well as 5 star hotel like Leela Palace and 3 star hotel like Sterlings MAC Hotel.
