Points to note in your Property or Apartment Sale agreement

..premises written in the last sale deed is different from Municipality tax receipt/assessment rolls... I have investigated the matter with Kolkata Corporation where I found that the premises no. has.. that the two nos are same and identical of the same premises but some officials have told that Municipality.. charges & municipality tax was well.But, the owner of the flat is not allowing me to measure..
