If we talk from investment point of view the sector where Belvedere is located,it is entirely a vacant land parcel with no infrastructure provisions and networks routes in place. It is also observed that on the whole Noida Market is dominated by slow pace of construction and delayed possession. Thereby investing in a property with comparatively high BSP values is not advisable. Moreover, it is a new launch project and it would nearly take on an average 4-5 years for possession.
