Q: Hi is it a good idea to wait for sometime to buy a property in Noida sec 137 or this is high time to buy . Also what are the best rates we can get for Ajnara Dafodill, Exotica fresco and purvanchal resale properties

when does the property get handed over?
Q: I am a prospective buyer of a three bed room flat. In fact I have paid the booking amount.No specific date has come from builder though indications are given of March 2012.

Latest Answer: hi Pratibha to mr they have given the date of april 2013 and have further asked for a Grace period of 6 months .I estimate them to give the posession anywhere around feb march 2014
