Q: Namaskar! I just shifted to Hyderabad and am staying at a temporary place for the time being. I'll be shifting my family soon, but I want to rent a place at a luxurious apartments. If it's a great deal, I wouldn't mind buying a flat as well. I heard about Aparna Aura from a friend. Can someone tell me if this is a good deal to buy property?

Latest Answer: Hello. Aparna Aura is still under construction, so I think you may be able to find a property for sale easily if you're interested. The 3bhks available in this building are 1751-2406 sqft and costs Rs. 6200 per sqft. So you could probably get an apartment for Rs. 1.08 to Rs. 1.49 crore. It's a good investment I feel if you're looking for a luxurious space. It has intercom facilities, library, club house, gymnasium and other recreational facilities, along with 24 hour power backup.

Latest Answer: As far as I know It is an excellent location, very good amenities, away from the noise, residential at the same time very good access to facilities, very safe. Posh locality, highly recommended for business and working professionals.
