I think you should visit the project site once and ask for all the legal approvals and then you should decide whether you should go with this project or not. Appaswamy is known for start project without any approvals. Their projects are delayed for more than a year. You can also ask for the CMDA approvals. I also advise you to verify if NGT clearance has been obtained for this project before investment.
