There are no leakages, good use of materials and the work is in progress. I still suggest you to get a closer look when you visit and meet the sales person or Manager to clear your doubts.

See weeds growing instead of Grass, broken pavement, Broken wooden planks in pipeline duct in Brand All blocks including Brand new Apt in C block. List is endless stay Away from Mahindra brokers else regret later. Mahindra broker also take commission every month if you rent. Mahindra will not transfer Electricity and Property Tax to owners name each owner has to run around and get it done. But Mahindra will collect all sort of charges . Talk to Real owners before loosing your money to Mahindra.
