Q: I visited this place for renting an apartment with my cousin.. as soon as the broker saw us .. he started ranting about the owner and the society that these people are very strict and that they beat up bachelors and throw them out .. He went ahead and said that the owner's brother here is an MLA and he can do anything to you guys .. I dont want all this trouble so i think you should not go for this flat .. When i said that we are brothers he said you will have to proove that you are brothers by showing id proof .. If really this the way people are treated here how are the residents staying ?? Both of us brothers belong to respectable families and have good backgrounds .. working in good companies .. but what is with the attitude of these people ... really sad and a bit surprised too with this incident

Q: After seeing the project I almost decided to book a 3BHK flat. I came across consumer complaint website about SJR builder www.consumercomplaints.in mentioned as fraud builder.(1) Delaying (2) Asking for more money during possession (3) not meeting the amenities etc...
