Chandaka Meadows is not yet approved by BDA
Q: Chandaka Meadows is not yet approved by BDA, but it has an approval from Sarpanch of Kantabada Gram Panchayat. Is it OK to buy this? Is it a approved project of any Home Loan company like HDFC, SBI etc?

Latest Answer: I personally do not feel it is a good idea to invest in a project which is not approved by the development authority. In future you may face problems if the project is not approved by BDA.
