SO why you want to put ur money to share ur stuffs with external parties. Plz don't buy they have cheated enough. Try enquiring with any owners and then only buy. Construction quality is also very bad.

Latest Answer: Well, I don't live there and I was only visiting someone else's apartment. No wait, I think I saw a model apartment with no idea of buying at the time. I don't know if all of the apartments have a glass wall but that one did. It had floor to ceiling windows in the wall leading to the balcony. I saw on some post online that there won't be a wall on one side of the whole complex because with a wall, cars in one of the blocks won't be able to park and that nowhere did it say that it was going to be a gated community. Then, I remembered the giant windows and posted on here to see if anyone has more information. Nithya, I have no idea. Just what's on the website.

Latest Answer: Hi, i think that the residents association should take up the matter... a gated community should always have boundary wall and security... hope this matter is resolved at the earliest..
