Q: Earthcon has many residential projects across Delhi-NCR and other tier 2 cities of India. Earthcon Infracon Pvt. Limited has raised funds from NiFCO investors for their residential apartments Casa Royale and Sanskriti located at Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh. The projects are on track to offer possession within this year and completing the entire development by 2019. Sanskriti has already provided offer of possession for their Tower A and B within the timeline.
Latest Answer: Earthcon is a fake builder. they just take advance or token money but all false promises. I paid around 6lac and till now no update. its almost 3years now STAY AWAY FROM EARTHCON THEY ARE THE CON COMPANY

Q: In most societies buyers are required to run after builders to tell them details about the stamp duty and other charges.
Latest Answer: Hi Folks, I had bought my stamp papers but could not register my flats owing to the delay in obtaining the occupation certificate. I paid my stamp duty in October 2015 after the builder got the completion certificate in September 2015. But still my registry is not done and I had to run after them to meet the March deadline.

Q: Civil aviation ministry set to offer Jewar Airport project to GMR Group.
Latest Answer: Analysts are not too interested on the idea. Airports are a very lumpy investment. Once built, they have to be swatted completely before going for a second airport, for instance in Mumbai, Goa and Chennai. Creating a second airport in NCR before IGIA gets loaded may make both airports unviable.
