M2K County Heights, Dharuhera
Q: Hi All, there is a legal case filed against M2K for excessive delay in the delivery of M2K County heights (Dharuhera). We're a group of 6 - 8 people and are in the process of mediation process.

For making our case stronger, we need more sufferers of M2K to join us and get benefited. M2K County heights has lost reputation in the market and don't expect possession or increase in the price pretty soon. M2K is giving false promises from past 3 months.

Please let me know if anyone will be interested in joining us. The legal fees is only 20K (compared to invested amount of Rs 20 - 25 Lakhs).

Latest Answer: respected sir, this is king of urgent. Can you tell me the case which you have filed. since i have a seperate case and it will be a great help if i could refer your case in the court before the judge against M2K. thanks.

Latest Answer: But you look at the Bhiwadi which suffered due to the overall drop in Delhi-NCR in July-September 2014, grew by 5% in October- December 2014. These all date indicates that the realty market in Delhi-NCR is increasing.

Latest Answer: well, as i was told, celestia is a 55 acre township project and there will be school and shopping complex inside the campus...so be rest assured that there are reputed schools in the vicinity and hopsitals are also nearby and then there are 2-3 malls already in the area and many more planned.....
