Q: When is the expected completion date? I am interested in this project. Can anyone share the price details with me?
Latest Answer: The project is expected to get ready by early 2017. I also enquired about the project and really liked it. The pricing is also very reasonable and starts from around 23 lakhs I think.

Young working professionals are looking for well furnished flats within small budget. Also these areas falling close to Pune airport and Pune station which are approx in a radius of 10-12 kms. Since the locality is also surrounded by defence quarters and army camps, this makes the area one of the safest residential localities in Pune which is mostly housed by small families, working bachelors and retirees.

Q: Tilak Nagar has overall 18 residential buildings having no occupation certificate.
Latest Answer: Mr Praveen, Heard that only handful of societies have got the occupation certificate. Even some buildings and societies have also managed to get water and power connections without possessing an occupancy certificate.

Q: How is this builder/apartment.Is this worthful of buying .Is this dynasty project approved and with clear titles
Latest Answer: In saroj dynasty land is disputed land. Land owner dont have clear title. and there is case going on against land owner. document work is not so clear..so beware before buying property there. thats why they are selling flat in very low rates

Q: I have a flat booked in Earth Towne. I have paid 30% + Service Tax in CLP. I understand there was some complications in the past, due to which there is delay is construction/possesion and bank/financial cos. were not ready to fund until recently where only couple of them are coming up to fund this project. Now even after paying 30% + ST and working to get the remaining amount disbursed by funding company, I am being charged interest rate which I have no clue and was never communicated until I called them. Moreover I came to know from media about the 'zero peiod' where old customers should not be charged with interest. Please help me to sort this matter as I am not in a position to pay such high interest which makes no sense.

Q: I am interested in buying a property but have some doubts about its approvals by the authorities. How to find if the builder has got all approvals from corresponding authorities?
Latest Answer: If you want to know if your apartment is approved or not then you can ask your builder to provide you with the approval details or the concerned documents from the civic bodies, municipal authorities, development authorities, banks, etc.
