i have bought a house in Dasve, posessions have not been given yet. Remember to read the aggrement first, you will get posession only after 2.5 years of signing the aggrement. there are a lot of other issues. please think 1000 times before buying.

Interestingly PSF rates in Wagholi are still high irrespective of poor water situation. Merger with PMC is the only solution.
