ITTINA MAHAVIR flat owner details needed
Q: Hi, I have looked at almost all the flats listed in commonfloor located in ittina mahavir bangalore. But none of the owners have given their mobile number. When I call to the landline number they have provded, they never pick uo.. Can any one help?

Builder not providing booked flat
Q: I have booked a flat in Balaji Eternal Bliss whitefield and paid 1 lac cheque advance

now builder calling up and saying particular flat not available and is providing no compensation for other flats

i have the signed booking form with me.

is there anything i can do?

Latest Answer: Hi Subramony, Have you book an apartment through the builder or broker? If you have booked a flat though builder then how come without seeing the flats you have booked one. I would suggest you to take advice from you legal expert.

Service Tax & Vat on flat purchase after O.C
Q: Respected All,

I had purchase flat in the year 2011 (JAN.)Builder had already received C.C and O.C before I had made full payment. Now builder is forcing me to pay service tax & Vat. He is also not providing N.O.C for transferring Electric Meter and Property tax on my name. He wants the cheque first or he will not issue N.O.C. Please help or guide me how should I go ahead with this issue.

Latest Answer: Hey Mukhtar, You should pay service tax only when the project is under construction. As you said that the builder has already received completion certificate and occupancy certificate that means the project is completed and there is no question of paying service tax. I would advice you to take help from your legal expert.
