Builder not providing booked flat
Q: I have booked a flat in Balaji Eternal Bliss whitefield and paid 1 lac cheque advance now builder calling up and saying particular flat not available and is providing no compensation for other flats i have the signed booking form with me. is there anything i can do?

Latest Answer: Hi Subramony, Have you book an apartment through the builder or broker? If you have booked a flat though builder then how come without seeing the flats you have booked one. I would suggest you to take advice from you legal expert.
