Latest Answer: There can be a risk if you are taking home loan from the bank and after that the builder stops the construction work in the middle. You have to pay your interest for the home loan you have taken. Before entering the agreement check with all the documentation so that later there will not be any issue. If the builder have stopped the construction work for any unforeseen then you cannot take any action against him.

Latest Answer: According to sources, the builders compensated with Rs 50000 by the builders for the late delivery of flat. The Consumer forum found that the builders was facing some financial and mental problems. Even it was found that the building was a faulty construction and there was lot of leakage and seepage problem as well.
Latest Answer: Many demolition drive took place in the city on based of illegal constructions or violating FSI. Same happened in the flat taking extra floor space like ponds and balcony areas. So BMC demolished the extra spaces including lily ponds and deck areas in that flat.
