Latest Answer: Hi, Demolition and reconstruction restricted in apartment case. first u have to take permission from apartment association and builder owner and from local authorities. If their is no issues from this body then u can remodel your own unit. approx 20 to 30 % of the interior demolish is permit able as per law. but try to take necessary help from local advisor.

Latest Answer: Not all the residents are opposing but many of them are opposing for the inconvenience like neighborhood houses are getting damaged and roads are also getting blocked. Few residents are opposing because many grocery shops and medical shop were demolished and now the residents are finding touch time traveling long distance for the purchase.

Latest Answer: Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority demolished the hut because those huts were blocking the way of Sahar Elevated Road project. The authority claims that they have altogether demolished around 600 huts. 100 huts in Sambhaji nagar, 150 huts in Ambedkar nagar and 350 huts in Bamanwada.
