As per my knowledge, The purpose of collecting Sinking Fund is to accumulate and keep sufficient funds with the society so that the property of the Society i.e. building can be reconstructed in future. The contribution to Sinking Fund is a statutory obligation.

Q:A plot was purchased, all money paid. It was registered with talati office,A house construction agreement was signed .Loan was taken from Bank. House construction completed. Bank paid all the money. House was occupied for residence & continue to live (PAST SIX YEARS).House Tax, Property Tax (on House *& Plot) paid regularly till date by occupant. MSEB & BSNL Landline bills are paid (with this address) regularly till date. Builder has provided Property Card.Builder was asked to provide Completion Certificate, commencement Certificate but he is not providing, he says under process but when contacted Architector , no documets are submitted to PCMC. I would like to know how to get these documents as well what all other legal documents are to be taken from builder.
Q:In 2006 I booked 4 BHK flat in TDI Kundli Sonepat Haryana, Now developers saying we are not constructing flats after 9th floor so ur flat has been cancelled and till date he has taken around 40% to total value of the flat. Latest Answer: Hi Anupam, I would advice you that try to communicate with the other members who have booking flat in the project and together lodge a complaint against the builder in consumer court and you can even take advise from a legal expert.
