Latest Answer: Hi Mr Rao, According to source, Mr Umesh, president of AFORD aforementioned that , AFORD had organized a property expo coinciding with the Union budget from February month 27 to March one. Although the step was encouraging step, none of the enquiries have translated into actual sales. We had regular it with the budget hoping that some positive announcements within the budget would improve market sentiments leading to increase in booking of housing units. This has not happened so far.

Latest Answer: Hi Suneet, according to market experts, this is still a buyer-favorable condition. Buyers have various options, and so many banks are giving loans decreasing the financial burden on buyers. In a short period of time the prices are expected to increase further. So buying before that is a better idea.
