Latest Answer: Hey Guys, As per latest news, Honorable Union Urban Development minister Mr M Venkaiah Naidu declared that there is a huge global interest in India's Smart City mission and many companies from 14 countries like US, Canada, UK, France, Japan have been nominated for planning of Smart City plans for 42 mission cities.

Latest Answer: Hi, As per my knowledge, This project offers 2 BHK, 3 BHK & 4 BHK apartment , area ranging from 1137 sq-ft to 2599 sq-ft. Now the project is in pre launch. Builder quoted price is 3000/sq-ft. The approvals of this project are on process. Banks providing loans for this project are SBI, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank,Corporation Bank, Punjab National Bank & Bank of Baroda .

Does this project has all approvals?
Q: Does this project has all approvals? Builder is not able to provide matching blue print for the apartments in tower 8 and hence SBI is not disbursing the loan amounts. Builder is still charging 18% interest and forcing customers to go with PNB. Legally can the building be constructed without matching approval?

Latest Answer: Customers are not getting Loan as Builder dont have all the clear document. How can they charge 18% interest & when they are delaying from their end no penalties for them. Note: I request all the customers to come together, then only something can be done.

Q: The builders are demanding for an easier procedure for getting quick approval for the real estate projects. Is there any initiative taken by the government for considering the demand?
