Latest Answer: I received a call from PRA sales office, indicating that the OC has been acquired for Phase 1 and that the final delivery will be done in the next 15 to 20 days. I have a flat in A2, did anybody else receive such a call and has anyone in this group taken possession of their flats. Just checking, though I plan to make a visit to the Site in the next few days.
