There is a motor room and big under ground tanks for processing. what are all the problems i will face if i purchase this flat? will the motors of STP runs all the time? will there be foul smell?

Q: Have got to know of issues with the Sewage treatment plant, and the foul smell. Is this a permanent issue? If yes, could you please advise of the potential impact on prices.
Latest Answer: Hi Dinesh Swami, are you a consultant for STP. The STP here in Grandeur is in pathetic condition. The football court is right beside it, yet nobody is bothering. People hold their breath if they have to walk anywhere near that area. People are spending on making the temple bigger but the STP is nobodys child.
