Buying flat near STP of apartment?
Q: I booked an under construction apartment. my flat is in 1st floor. The builder has constructed STP (sewage treatement plant) which is near my flat. There is a motor room and big under ground tanks for processing. what are all the problems i will face if i purchase this flat? will the motors of STP runs all the time? will there be foul smell? Somebody please help me to decide..
