Q: Where is the Chandheda in Ahmedabad strategically located? What is the capital appreciation in that locality?
Latest Answer: Chandkheda has both BRTS facility and a good network of roads. It is well connected to other parts of the city. Both airport and railway station are located close to the area. At 2 km distance is the nearest railway station, which can be reached via Tragad Road followed by the International airport at 14.2 km via Sardar Patel Ring Road.

Latest Answer: Hi , I also bought flat in Carmel I but SBI bank told me we can't give loan for this block. So, Please aware about this and please check once in reputed bank before BOB & SBI . If they give approval then and only then you think for the FLAT. I am not sure but some thing go wrong in block G,H and I for CARMEL. .Please please do proper R & D before purchase it.

Latest Answer: Hi all.. Why dont you invest in Gandhinagar in gift city?? I bought a property last week .. I am sure property will rise in near future..The completion of GIFT city will provide quality infrastructural development which will facilitate the operations of many reputed finance and tech firms. The special economic zone (SEZ) will generate many employment opportunities which in turn will increase the demand of residential projects in and around Gandhinagar.
