What is the current asking rate for ATS Knightsbridge, Noida?
Q: Hi, i am looking for a big size 4 BHK flat in ATS Knightsbridge, Sector-124, Noida? Can anybody provide me the details of this project?

Latest Answer: The current asking rate at ATS Knightsbridge, Noida is around 18,000 22,000 sq ft. In comparison, Prateek Grand Begonia, Ghaziabad is around 11,000 12,000 sq ft. You can also look at projects like Wave City and Gaurs Siddhartham in Ghaziabad for more affordable investment options.

Latest Answer: Hello Mr singh , the price trend in the area is around Rs 5200/sqft and this project already commandsa price of Rs 5500 /sqft... i think it will be more good and you can get a better price if you can wait for another 5-6 months as with this new stable government the prices are expected to grow and the market is doing good..
