Better to pay slightly extra and get ready possession flat where the rent on the investment starts immediately rather then running around the developer for possession and and make loses of cost of funds (Interest) & rent for minimum 2 years in case of any delay. Check locations which are close to Mumbra station, buying project far from city may not give any useful expected returns on investments.
